In this 4 month experience you will open yourself up to your spiritual compass so you can lead yourself and your life as you co-create with God. You’ll move through the 7 core pillars of navigating a spiritually led life.

4 MONTH spiritual LEADERSHIP ADVENTURE / experience
Lay the foundation and framework to get grounded in what really matters to you in this 4 hour immersion experience. Set your intention and uncover where your spiritual relationship has been off kilter so you can create what you really want.
MODULE 1 – GROUND
Uncover and understand what you've been anchored to that is keeping you stuck in an unfulfilled life and learn how to shift so you can be grounded in your spiritual anchors first. Start to clarify your values and answer the questions that will guide you home to yourself: "Who am I and what do I value?"
MODULE 2 – ANCHOR
Discover how you are specifically spiritually supported in your life path. You'll learn how to open up to signs and spiritual support that is abundantly around you while waking up your awareness to truly see for the first time.
MODULE 3 – PATH
Take your experience and heightened awareness to the next level in your second 4 hour immersion experience. You'll learn how to apply your new tools and outlook into your daily life. This is where you elevate and amplify your spiritual leadership.
MODULE 4 – ELEVATE
Discover the elements of your own unique spiritual compass and how to use it to make decisions in your life. This is your roadmap to trusting yourself, your intuition, and your connection to God so you can more easily navigate your life.
MODULE 5 – COMPASS
Dive into your third immersion experience to ignite the dreams and spiritual legacy that God has for you. This is where you become so lit up, you can't help but really go for it.
MODULE 6 – IGNITE
Step into your leadership legacy and create the fire in your world, knowing it comes from within. You'll learn how to be the beacon of light in the world, illuminating everything around you as you say a big YES to your calling.

This is your next step of spiritual leadership after Explore. Join an exclusive community of women leaders and anchor into your spiritual compass for daily living and leading.

I began working with Keri in the spring of 2016 to assist me through some business leadership challenges I was facing.
I work for a large health-care system and after our chief marketing officer and marketing director left the organization abruptly, I found myself tapped as the interim lead to fill in the gap while the organization recruited replacements. I have held executive leadership positions in a variety of organizations since I was 28 (I’m 57 now) so while I knew and had demonstrated I was an excellent and effective leader, this scenario truly put me to the test on all fronts. Keri’s coaching helped me tremendously and I eventually was made the permanent director of marketing.
After this experience, I continued to work with Keri to achieve other goals both professional and personal.
My divorce was official in 2015 after discovering infidelity in 2011. I had poured myself into positioning my financial future and my job (see above) and really all but ignored other areas of life so critical to true well-being. Areas such as relationships, creativity, spirituality and even relationships. In essence, I was checking off all the boxes on what I thought I was “supposed” to be doing rather than forming, let alone following, my life’s passions. I was stuck in a very narrow view of life and even though I was successful in those one or two areas, I was completely miserable. No passion. No joy.
As a result of working with Keri, I now have a completely different life view. My relationships are better and closer with my family and friends. I’ve let go of the anger and forgiven my ex. I’ve even met someone new who is very special to me. I’m traveling to places I’ve always wanted to go. **I’m doing things I had only dreamed of doing “someday.”** I’m more spiritual within my religion and feel an inner peace that I had not felt since I was young. I’m well on my way of achieving a Vice Presidency this year. I learned how to play again. I learned how to say no, and say no without guilt. I learned how to create the vision I want for my life and the tools and skills on how to achieve the dreams. I’m a better leader. I handle stress more easily. I’m healthier and have lost 45 pounds since August. I have more energy. I’m more productive. I’m HAPPY! Keri has helped me shift my mindset and therefore shift my entire life from dreading to get up in the morning to just get through another day, to jumping out of bed at 5 a.m. excited for the possibilities that each day brings toward my vision, goals and dreams.
I will tell you, and I know Keri would agree with this as we joke about it now, I wasn’t the most “willing to change” student. LOL. But, thankfully, Keri stuck with me and I stuck with her and today I give her a great deal of credit of being the catalyst for me to gain my happy life back. In essence, I have and will continue to become the me I was always supposed to be.

“I woke up this morning thinking about Keri Stanley and wanted to share this here. Last night I wrapped editing a book for a client. From here it goes to a designer for layout and will be published on Amazon within a few weeks. I have no doubt it will become a bestseller. I’m immensely proud of this project. The book writing and editing experience flowed easily, even though there were tears on more than one occasion—happy tears.
